May was Mental Health Awareness month . June is PTSD Awareness month. World Bi-Polar Awareness Day is March 30th. ADHD Awareness month is October. Needless to say, mental health is a BIG, if not one of thee most important avenues of our health and to not invest incredible amounts of time and money into researching help and cures for Mental Health should be nothing less than a top priority.
Anxiety is the white elephant in the room, because whether or not you suffer from a mental health disorder, or just experience situational anxiety, it's real, everyone has experienced it and it can a deadly thing when not addressed.
